Corrections

Useful guidance has to change when the evidence changes.

We correct factual mistakes, broken reasoning, outdated platform rules, and unclear commercial disclosures on the page where readers encounter them.

How to report a problem

Use the contact page. Include the article URL, the sentence or section at issue, the reason it may be wrong, and a primary source when one is available. Disagreement alone is not dismissed; it helps us identify where fact, inference, and opinion were not separated clearly.

How we respond

  • Small spelling or formatting repairs may be made without a correction note.
  • Material factual or interpretive changes update the article date and add a clear note.
  • A withdrawn recommendation remains visible when readers need to understand why it changed.
  • Commercial relationships do not prevent a correction or removal.
