Check 7 offers a concise remediation route without forcing mastered learners through it. Each branch should reduce uncertainty and preserve the substantive criterion. Test with assistive technology and intended users where appropriate, not policy text alone.

Check 13 fades support and changes context before the final performance. Check 14 records assistance, missing cases, and contradictory evidence. Check 15 assigns owners and dates for source, link, platform, and instructional review. Check 16 provides a correction path for learners affected by an error or obsolete instruction.

Do not claim transfer from satisfaction or one rehearsed task. Preserve a changed-context attempt and state uncertainty. Maintenance is part of instructional validity: a prerequisite can change when software, standards, or audience knowledge changes. A sequence without a review owner quietly becomes a different lesson over time.

For every failure, record repair, owner, evidence, and due date. Re-run dependent checks: changing the objective invalidates alignment and assessment; changing a prerequisite affects entry and routing; changing media requires access review. Archive the prior audit and set the next full review by 2027-02-10.

Passing sixteen checks means the path is coherent enough for a bounded release; it does not guarantee learning, completion, satisfaction, or transfer.
